Things to do in London on 7 April – William Wordsworth was born on this day in 1770. The English poet wrote a famous poem called Composed Upon Westminster Bridge, and if you go there today you can read it on a bronze plaque. You’ll find it underneath one of the lampposts on the side overlooking the London Eye.
