Derived from the Chinese word for 'living room', the TING Restaurant at Shangri-La The Shard offers a sky-high dining experience like no other. The skyscraper's highest dining experience enjoys a breath-taking view down onto the Tower of London, Tower Bridge and HMS Belfast.

Upon arrival at the restaurant you'll be warmly welcomed by the host and shown through to your pre-booked table.

You'll then be served a glass of sparkling wine and a delicious three-course meal from a set menu of Asian-inspired dishes, created by the restaurant's own passionate chefs.

Starters, mains and desserts

For the starter you can choose from an organic celeriac & black truffle, a salmon tiradito, or a dry-aged beef tataki.

For the main you can choose from an organic stuffed chicken with wild mushrooms and roasted potatoes, a Scottish steamed cod with Sichua-style perlina aubergine, or a vegan mapo tofu with shiitake mushrooms in a Szechuan spicy sauce.

The choice of delicious desserts includes organic soba chocolate with hazelnut and sobacha, an Amarillo peach mousse and compote, and a cheese platter of British cheeses, crackers and seasonal jams.
