That might be followed by a main dish of roasted lemon and oregano breast, a leg of chicken, or butternut squash and lentil wellington, accompanied by oven-roasted rosemary potatoes, root vegetables and lashings of gravy.
Typical desserts might include white chocolate and raspberry cheesecake served with blueberry coulis, or chocolate and orange brownie cakes drizzled over with chocolate sauce.
