The tour begins outside the Harry Potter shop in King's Cross station, where you'll be able to take some photos standing next to the disappearing suitcases at Platform 9 3/4.
Then you'll make your way towards Leicester Square and visit London's best Harry Potter shop - The House of Spells - where you'll be able to shop for chocolate frogs and butter beer.
Along the way you'll get to see lots of famous London landmarks like Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, and Nelson's Column in Trafalgar Square.
By the time you reach London Bridge you'll have seen the location that inspired the Leaky Cauldron pub and Diagon Alley in Leadenhall Market, tried to enter and Ministry of Magic, and walked across the Millennium Bridge that was destroyed by the Death Eaters.
You'll also have passed the Clink Prison Museum that inspired JK Rowling to create Azkaban's prison, and seen where they filmed the Knight Bus scene by Borough Market.
Note: The tour includes a short two-stop journey on the tube so you'll need to provide your own Oyster card, contactless card or travelcard that covers zone 1.
