Stairs, lifts and escalators
Euston Square is not wheelchair accessible. The DLR and Jubilee lines at Stratford are wheelchair accessible, and have step-free access from the street to the train. The Central and Elizabeth lines only have step-free access from the street to the platform, and there may be a step up or gap to the train
Euston Square entrance – There’s a lift between the entrance and the westbound platform. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use four flights of stairs instead (9 steps down +15 steps down +4 steps down +18 steps down from the Euston Road northside entrance, or 13 steps down +15 steps down +4 steps down 18 steps down from the Gower Street entrance). But you must use four flights of stairs between the entrance and the eastbound platform (9 steps down +15 steps down +16 steps down +5 steps down from the Euston Road northside entrance, or 13 steps down +15 steps down +16 steps down 5 steps down from the Gower Street entrance)
Changing trains at Liverpool Street – You can use a lift or escalator when changing between the Central line and National Rail platforms, or the Central line and the H&C eastbound platform. You can use a lift when changing between the H&C eastbound and National Rail platforms. But you must use stairs for all other platform changes
Stratford exit – There’s a lift between the Central/London Overground platforms and the exit (or two flights of 14 stairs), but two lifts between the DLR/Jubilee line platforms and the exit (or two escalators, or four flights of 14 stairs)

Stairs, lifts and escalators
The DLR and Jubilee lines at Stratford are wheelchair accessible, and have step-free access from the street to the train. The Central and Elizabeth lines only have step-free access from the street to the platform, and there may be a step up or gap to the train. Euston Square has step-free access from the street to the platform (but there may be a step up or gap to the train)
Stratford entrance – There’s a lift between the entrance and the Central/London Overground platforms (or two flights of 14 stairs), but two lifts between the entrance and the DLR/Jubilee line platforms (or two escalators, or four flights of 14 stairs)
Changing trains at Liverpool Street – You can use a lift or escalator when changing between the Central line and National Rail platforms, or the Central line and the H&C eastbound platform. You can use a lift when changing between the H&C eastbound and National Rail platforms. But you must use stairs for all other platform changes
Euston Square exit – There’s a lift between the westbound platform and the exit. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use four flights of stairs instead (18 steps up +4 steps up +15 steps up +9 steps up to the Euston Road northside exit, or 18 steps up +4 steps up +15 steps up 13 steps up to the Gower Street exit). But you must use four flights of stairs between the eastbound platform and the exit (5 steps up +16 steps up +15 steps up +9 steps up to the Euston Road northside exit, or 5 steps up +16 steps up +15 steps up 13 steps up to the Gower Street exit)
Cash, Contactless, Oyster & Travelcard fares
The journey is in zones 1-3. The cheapest fare is £3.10 off-peak (£3.80 peak) when you pay by Oyster or contactless. There are no return tickets, you just pay the same as two singles

Peak and off-peak times
For Oyster and contactless off-peak is outside the hours of 6.30 AM-9.30 AM and 4 PM-7 PM (Mon-Fri). For travelcards it’s any time after 9.30 AM (Mon-Fri). Weekends are always classed as off-peak.
The fare is based on what time your journey begins. It doesn’t matter when it ends.
Other ways to travel between Euston Square and Stratford
Walking – Six miles is too far to walk
By bus – A single ticket is £1.75 (you may need more than one bus). The daily cap is £5.25 and a 1-day travelcard is £6 – Bus fares
By taxi – A six mile ride should cost between £31 and £42 and take about 28-40 minutes
By car – Parking near Euston Square station
