Underneath the hull of the Cutty Sark

Originally built in 1869, the Cutty Sark's copper-clad hull made it the fastest ship of its day, allowing it to bring fresh tea back from China.

Sandwiches, cakes and a selection of teas

Typical sandwich fillings include egg mayonnaise and mustard cress, cured ham and cheddar cheese, cucumber and cream cheese, and smoked mackerel with dill pate.

Sweet treats include a raisin scone with clotted cream and strawberry jam, a lemon drizzle cake and miniature Victoria sponge, or a chocolate nutty brownie and almond and pistachio macaroons.

The selection of teas includes Earl Grey, English Breakfast, Peppermint, Chamomile and Oriental Sencha.

Tickets include entry to the Cutty Sark

The price includes entry to the ship itself, so once you've finished your tea you can go and explore the decks above. [Note: if you choose the 3 PM sitting then you should try and explore the ship beforehand, as the afternoon tea usually takes around an hour and the ship closes at 5 PM.]
