Peak and off-peak journey times

For Oyster and contactless off-peak is outside the hours of 6.30 AM-9.30 AM and 4 PM-7 PM (Mon-Fri). For travelcards off-peak is any time after 9.30 AM (Mon-Fri). Your comments and questions

Frank Did you know that Angel has the longest escalator on the London underground network at 60 metres long

Staff Hi Frank, I didn't know that. Let's hope it doesn't break down because that's a lot of stairs to climb up

CP What train do I catch for waterloo

Staff Hi CP. Both stations are on the Northern line, but Waterloo is on the other loop so you need to change trains. The best way to do it is catch a southbound train to Bank, and then change onto the Waterloo & City line to Waterloo - londondrum.com/transport/train-journey.php?from=angel&to=waterloo

Sam What time first train to King's Cross in week day and weekend please

Staff Hi Sam. They're shown here - londondrum.com/transport/train-journey.php?from=angel&to=kings-cross-st-pancras

Sam What time does this station close

Staff It depends on the day, and when the last train goes. if you put your destination into the ‘Tube journey planner’ above it will bring up the timetable

unknown Fix tube station entrance so the public are safe and their is no congestion. The closure of entrance is awkward and is leading to disputes and anti social behavior.

Billy What time does angel station close today and what time is the last tube back to morden please as theres 0 information anywhere

Staff Hi Billy. Because of the strike everything is different. TFL are saying you should try and complete your journey by 5.30 PM because there are probably going to be no trains after that
