Stairs, lifts and escalators
Notting Hill Gate is not wheelchair accessible. The Victoria line at Victoria is wheelchair accessible, and has step-free access from the street to the train. The Circle and District lines only have step-free access from the street to the platform, and there may be a step up or gap to the train
Notting Hill Gate entrance – You must use two flights of stairs between the Notting Hill Gate southside entrance and the booking hall (17 steps down +9 steps down), or three flights from the northside entrance (18 steps down +11 steps down +4 steps up). After that you need to use another two flights of stairs to the Circle/District line platforms (9 steps down +15 steps down), or two escalators to the Central westbound platform, or three escalators to the Central eastbound platform
Victoria exit – There’s a lift from the platforms to the booking hall. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use one flight of stairs from the Circle/District westbound platform (24 steps up), or two flights from the Circle/District eastbound platform (7 steps up +16 steps up), or one escalator and one flight of 4 steps from the Victoria line platforms. After that there’s another lift to the exit. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use one flight of stairs to the Victoria Street exit (17 steps up), or two flights to the Wilton Road exit (7 steps up +19 steps up)

The Victoria line at Victoria is wheelchair accessible, and has step-free access from the street to the train. Victoria entrance – There’s a lift from the entrance to the booking hall. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use one flight of stairs from the Victoria Street entrance (17 steps down), or two flights from the Wilton Road entrance (19 steps down +7 steps down). After that there’s another lift down to the platforms. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use one flight of stairs to the Circle/District westbound platform (24 steps down), or two flights to the Circle/District eastbound platform (16 steps down +7 steps down), or one escalator and one flight of 4 steps to the Victoria line platforms
Notting Hill Gate exit – You need to use two flights of stairs from the Circle/District line platforms to the booking hall (15 steps up +9 steps up), or two escalators from the Central westbound platform, or three escalators from the Central eastbound platform. After that you must use another two flights of stairs to the Notting Hill Gate southside exit (9 steps up +17 steps up), or three flights to the northside exit (4 steps down +11 steps up +18 steps up)

Peak and off-peak times
For Oyster and contactless off-peak is outside the hours of 6.30 AM-9.30 AM and 4 PM-7 PM (Mon-Fri). For travelcards it’s any time after 9.30 AM (Mon-Fri). Weekends are always classed as off-peak.
The fare is based on what time your journey begins. It doesn’t matter when it ends.
