Central line Part closure Wednesday 27 to Sunday 31 August, no service between Newbury Park and Woodford (via Hainault), including Friday and Saturday Night Tube. Limited daytime replacement bus services operate: Service CL6: Hainault - Grange Hill - Chigwell - Roding Valley (Monkhams Inn) - Woodford; Service CL9: Newbury Park - Barkingside - Fairlop (Fullwell Cross) - Hainault. London Buses connections on Routes 150 167 169 and 462 are also available between Ilford (for Elizabeth line), Gants Hill (not 169), Barkingside, Hainault (150 only), Fairlop (462 only), Grange Hill (462 only) and Chigwell (167 only). During Friday and Saturday Night Tube, please use Night Bus N8 between Gants Hill, Barkingside (High Street), Fairlop (Fullwell Cross) and Hainault.

Peak and off-peak times
For Oyster and contactless off-peak is outside the hours of 6.30 AM-9.30 AM and 4 PM-7 PM (Mon-Fri). For travelcards off-peak is any time after 9.30 AM (Mon-Fri). Weekends and public holidays are always classed as off-peak.
The price is based on what time your journey begins. It doesn’t matter when it ends.
Stairs, lifts and escalators
Notting Hill Gate is not wheelchair accessible
Entrance – You must use two flights of stairs between the Notting Hill Gate southside entrance and the booking hall (17 steps down +9 steps down), or three flights from the northside entrance (18 steps down +11 steps down +4 steps up). After that you need to use another two flights of stairs to the Circle/District line platforms (9 steps down +15 steps down), or two escalators to the Central westbound platform, or three escalators to the Central eastbound platform
Exit – You need to use two flights of stairs from the Circle/District line platforms to the booking hall (15 steps up +9 steps up), or two escalators from the Central westbound platform, or three escalators from the Central eastbound platform. After that you must use another two flights of stairs to the Notting Hill Gate southside exit (9 steps up +17 steps up), or three flights to the northside exit (4 steps down +11 steps up +18 steps up)
Changing platforms – You must use stairs when changing between the Central line platforms and the Circle/District line platforms
