Acton Town entrance – There’s a lift between the entrance and the platforms, or two flights of stairs (2x14 steps down)
Changing trains at Mile End – Changing between the Central/District/H&C line is on the same platform if the trains are running in the same direction, but you must use stairs if they are running in the opposite direction
Leyton exit – You must use two flights of stairs between the platforms and the Leyton High Road exit (13 steps up +14 steps up), but four flights of stairs to the car park exit (13 steps down +14 steps down +14 steps up +13 steps up)
