Enjoy a comfortable trip on an air-condontioned coach to two of England's most famous Royal residences - Windsor Castle and Hampton Court.
Air-conditioned coach to Windsor Castle
Your early morning start will begin with a visit to the world's oldest and largest occupied castle - Windsor Castle - home to England's Kings and Queens from William the Conqueror to Charles III.
Highlights include the historic Waterloo Chamber with its oil paintings of Wellington and his generals, the richly furnished State Apartments with masterpieces by Holbein, Rubens and Van Dyck, and the medieval-looking St. George's Hall decorated with heraldic shields and silver suits of knightly armour.
You'll also get to step inside St. George's Chapel where many of England's most famous monarchs are buried including Henry VIII, Charles II and the late Queen Elizabeth II. (Note: The Chapel is usually closed to visitors on Sundays as services are held throughout the day.)
Hampton Court Palace
Then you'll jump back on the air-conditioned coach for the drive to the 500-year-old Tudor palace at Hampton Court.
After a friendly welcome from one of the palace hosts dressed in period costume, you'll be free to exlore the grounds with an audio headset.
Highlights include the original Tudor kitchens that fed the court of Henry VIII, the priceless tapestries and hammerbeam roof inside the Great Hall, and the beautiful starry ceiling in the Chapel Royal where Henry heard mass with Anne Boleyn.
You can also walk around the State Apartments of William III, Mary and the Georgian Kings - some of which were designed by England's greatest-ever architect, Sir Christopher Wren.
You can end your day with a walk around the ornamental gardens - but don't get lost in the world-famous maze!
