For Oyster and contactless off-peak is outside the hours of 6.30 AM-9.30 AM and 4 PM-7 PM (Mon-Fri). For travelcards off-peak is any time after 9.30 AM (Mon-Fri). Weekends and public holidays are always classed as off-peak.

Changing platforms – You must use a lift and two flights of stairs when changing between Bow Road and Bow Church (19 steps up +11 steps up from the eastbound platform, and 2x16 steps up from the westbound platform)
