Turnpike Lane entrance – You must use two flights of stairs between the Turnpike Lane/Duckett’s Common entrance and the booking hall (20 steps down +4 steps down), or two flights from the High Road/Wellington Corner entrance (18 steps down +5 steps down), or three flights from the Green Lane/Langham Road entrance (5 steps down +16 steps down +3 steps down), or three flights from the bus station entrance (4 steps down +16 steps down +3 steps down). After that there’s an escalator down to the platforms
Changing trains at Finsbury Park – You must use a lift when changing between the Piccadilly and Victoria lines
Victoria exit – There’s a lift from the platforms to the booking hall. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use one flight of stairs from the Circle/District westbound platform (24 steps up), or two flights from the Circle/District eastbound platform (7 steps up +16 steps up), or one escalator and one flight of 4 steps from the Victoria line platforms. After that there’s another lift to the exit. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use one flight of stairs to the Victoria Street exit (17 steps up), or two flights to the Wilton Road exit (7 steps up +19 steps up)

For Oyster and contactless off-peak is outside the hours of 6.30 AM-9.30 AM and 4 PM-7 PM (Mon-Fri). For travelcards it’s any time after 9.30 AM (Mon-Fri). Weekends are always classed as off-peak.
The fare is based on what time your journey begins. It doesn’t matter when it ends.
