Stairs, lifts and escalators
Seven Sisters is not wheelchair accessible. West Silvertown is wheelchair accessible, and has step-free access from the street to the train
Seven Sisters entrance – The entrance on Seven Sisters Road and the booking hall are on the level, but you must use two flights of stairs from the Broad Lane entrance (20 steps down +11 steps down), or two flights from the Earlsmead Road entrance (19 steps down +12 steps down), or three flights from the West Green Road entrance (2x10 steps down +13 steps down). After that you must use an escalator down to the platforms (or four flights of 3, 2x17, 14 steps) plus one flight of 19 steps down
Changing trains at Green Park – There are two lifts and a long walk when changing platforms. If you want a shorter walk then you can use two escalators instead of the lifts
Changing trains at Canning Town – You must use a lift when changing between the DLR/Jubilee line platforms, apart from the Stratford, Beckton and Woolwich Arsenal branches of the DLR which have a lift plus escalator
West Silvertown exit – There’s a lift between the DLR platforms and the exit

West Silvertown entrance – There’s a lift between the entrance and the DLR platforms
Changing trains at Bank – Changing between the Central and DLR platforms involves a lift plus escalator. Changing between the W&C line and any other platform involves a lift, an escalator plus a long travelator. You must use stairs when changing trains from the Northern line to any other platform
Changing trains at King’s Cross St. Pancras – There’s a lift when changing between the platforms
Seven Sisters exit – You must use one flight of stairs from the platforms to the booking hall (19 steps up) plus an escalator (or four flights of 3, 2x17, 14 steps). The journey is in zones 1-3. The cheapest fare is £3.10 off-peak (£3.80 peak) when you pay by Oyster or contactless. There are no return tickets, you just pay the same as two singles

For Oyster and contactless off-peak is outside the hours of 6.30 AM-9.30 AM and 4 PM-7 PM (Mon-Fri). For travelcards it’s any time after 9.30 AM (Mon-Fri). Weekends are always classed as off-peak.
The fare is based on what time your journey begins. It doesn’t matter when it ends.
