Royal Albert entrance – There’s a lift between the entrance and the platforms. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use three flights of stairs (2x16 steps down +5 steps down)

Changing trains at Canning Town – You must use a lift when changing between the DLR/​Jubilee line platforms, apart from the Stratford, Beckton and Woolwich Arsenal branches of the DLR which have a lift plus escalator

Changing trains at West Ham – There’s are two lifts when changing between the DLR/​Jubilee/​H&C line platforms

Stepney Green exit – You must use three flights of stairs between the platforms and the exit (20 steps up +15 steps up +9 steps up)
