Richmond entrance – You must use two flights of stairs between the Church Street/car park entrance and the booking hall (9 steps up +15 steps up), but it’s level from the Kew Road entrance. After that you need to use a lift to the platforms, or two flights of stairs (15 steps down +9 steps down to the District line and National Rail eastbound platforms, and 2x12 steps down to the National Rail westbound platform)

Changing trains at Gloucester Road – You must use stairs when changing between the Circle/​District line platforms and the Piccadilly line platforms

Changing trains at Paddington – You must use stairs when changing between the Bakerloo, Circle/District and H&C platforms

Stonebridge Park exit – You must use two flight of stairs between the platforms and the exit (18 steps down +14 steps down). There’s no lift
