Stairs, lifts and escalators
Pudding Mill Lane is wheelchair accessible, and has step-free access from the street to the train
Richmond has step-free access from the street to the platform (but there may be a step up or gap to the train)
Pudding Mill Lane entrance – There’s a lift between the entrance and the platforms. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use two flights of stairs (2x16 steps up)
Changing trains at Canary Wharf – You must use an escalator, a lift, and walk 200 metres outside to change between the DLR and Jubilee platforms
Changing trains at Westminster – There are two lifts when changing between the Circle/District and Jubilee eastbound line platforms (or two escalators and 2x14 stairs), or three lifts when changing between the Circle/District and Jubilee westbound line platforms (or three escalators and 2x14 stairs)
Richmond exit – There’s a lift from the platforms to the booking hall, or two flights of stairs (9 steps up +15 steps up from the District line and National Rail eastbound platforms, and 2x12 steps up from the National Rail westbound platform). After that you must use two flights of stairs between the booking hall and the Church Street/car park exit (15 steps down +9 steps down), but it’s level to the Kew Road exit

Pudding Mill Lane exit – There’s a lift between the DLR platforms and the exit. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use two flights of stairs (2x16 steps down)

The fare is based on what time your journey begins. It doesn’t matter when it ends.
