Stairs, lifts and escalators

Prince Regent is wheelchair accessible, and has step-free access from the street to the train

Tower Hill has step-free access from the street to the platform (but there may be a step up or gap to the train)

Prince Regent entrance – There’s a lift (or 7 steps up +3x16 steps up) from the Connaught Road entrance to the booking hall, or a ramp plus a lift (or 12 steps up +2x13 steps up +12 steps up) from the Park & Ride entrance. After that there’s another lift down to the platforms (or 12 steps down +16 steps down)

Tower Hill exit – There’s a lift between the platforms and the exit. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use two flights of stairs to the Jubilee Walk exit (2x14 steps up), or three flights of stairs to the Trinity Square exit (12 steps up +9 steps up +15 steps up)
