Parsons Green is not wheelchair accessible. Richmond has step-free access from the street to the platform (but there may be a step up or gap to the train)
Parsons Green entrance – You must use three flights of stairs between the entrance and the northbound platform (6 steps up +15 steps up +21 steps up), and three flights of stairs to the southbound platform (16 steps up +11 steps up +14 steps up)
Changing trains at Earl’s Court – You can use a lift when changing platforms
Richmond exit – There’s a lift from the platforms to the booking hall, or two flights of stairs (9 steps up +15 steps up from the District line and National Rail eastbound platforms, and 2x12 steps up from the National Rail westbound platform). After that you must use two flights of stairs between the booking hall and the Church Street/car park exit (15 steps down +9 steps down), but it’s level to the Kew Road exit

Peak and off-peak times
For Oyster and contactless off-peak is outside the hours of 6.30 AM-9.30 AM and 4 PM-7 PM (Mon-Fri). For travelcards it’s any time after 9.30 AM (Mon-Fri). Weekends are always classed as off-peak.
The fare is based on what time your journey begins. It doesn’t matter when it ends.
Other ways to travel between Parsons Green and Richmond
Walking – 4½ miles is too far to walk
By bus – A single ticket is £1.75 (you may need more than one bus). The daily cap is £5.25 and a 1-day travelcard is £6 – Bus fares
By taxi – A 4½ mile ride can be done in about 19-33 minutes, and will cost you around £25.50 to £38
