After that you must two flights of stairs down to the westbound platform (6 steps down +17 steps down), or three flights to the eastbound platform (21 steps down +11 steps down +12 steps down)
Richmond exit – There’s a lift from the platforms to the booking hall, or two flights of stairs (9 steps up +15 steps up from the District line and National Rail eastbound platforms, and 2x12 steps up from the National Rail westbound platform). After that you must use two flights of stairs between the booking hall and the Church Street/car park exit (15 steps down +9 steps down), but it’s level to the Kew Road exit
