After that you must use another three flights of stairs to the platforms (16 steps down +7 steps down +6 steps down to the eastbound platform, and 19 steps down +4 steps down +5 steps down to the westbound platform)
Changing trains at Westminster – There are two lifts when changing between the Circle/District and Jubilee eastbound line platforms (or two escalators and 2x14 stairs), or three lifts when changing between the Circle/District and Jubilee westbound line platforms (or three escalators and 2x14 stairs)
Changing trains at Canning Town – You must use a lift when changing between the DLR/Jubilee line platforms, apart from the Stratford, Beckton and Woolwich Arsenal branches of the DLR which have a lift plus escalator
King George V exit – There’s a lift between the DLR platforms and the exit

For Oyster and contactless off-peak is outside the hours of 6.30 AM-9.30 AM and 4 PM-7 PM (Mon-Fri). For travelcards it’s any time after 9.30 AM (Mon-Fri). Weekends are always classed as off-peak.
The fare is based on what time your journey begins. It doesn’t matter when it ends.
