There’s a ramp (or two flights of 11, 11 steps down) plus a long walk and 3x travelators between Terminal 3 Arrivals and the booking hall. There’s a ramp plus 2xtravelators between Terminal 3 Departures and the booking hall. After that there’s another lift or an escalator down to the platforms

Changing trains at Acton Town – There’s a lift between the different platforms

Changing trains at Ealing Broadway – Changing between the Central and District lines is on the level

White City exit – You must use three flights of stairs between the platforms and the exit (2x11 steps up +5 steps down)
