Peak and off-peak times
For Oyster and contactless off-peak is outside the hours of 6.30 AM-9.30 AM and 4 PM-7 PM (Mon-Fri). For travelcards off-peak is any time after 9.30 AM (Mon-Fri). Weekends and public holidays are always classed as off-peak.
The price is based on what time your journey begins. It doesn’t matter when it ends.

There’s a ramp plus 2xtravelators between Terminal 3 Departures and the booking hall. After that there’s another lift or an escalator down to the platforms
Exit – There’s a lift or an escalator from the platforms to the booking hall. After that there’s another lift (or escalator, or four flights of 4, 11, 11, 9 steps up) to the bus station exit. Or there’s an escalator (or two flights of 15, 14 steps up) plus a long walk and a travelator to Terminal 2.
