Heathrow T2&3 station entrance – There’s a lift (or escalator, or four flights of 9, 11, 11, 4 steps down) from the bus station to the booking hall. There’s an escalator (or two flights of 14, 15 steps down) plus a long walk and a travelator from Terminal 2 to the booking hall. There’s a ramp (or two flights of 11, 11 steps down) plus a long walk and 3x travelators between Terminal 3 Arrivals and the booking hall. There’s a ramp plus 2xtravelators between Terminal 3 Departures and the booking hall. After that there’s another lift or an escalator down to the platforms

Changing tube line at Hammersmith – Changing between the Circle and H&C line platforms, or the District and Piccadilly line platforms, are all on the level, but you must use a lift and walk 520 metres outside in the street to change between the Circle/​H&C platforms and District/​Piccadilly platforms

West Kensington station exit – You must use two flights of stairs between the platforms and the exit (16 steps up +13 steps up from the eastbound platform, and 2x15 steps up from the westbound platform)

Note: Between the 8th March and 31st May 2024 TFL are running a trial called ‘Off-Peak Friday Fares’, where Fridays will be classed as off-peak all day.
