Heathrow T2&3 entrance – There’s a lift (or escalator, or four flights of 9, 11, 11, 4 steps down) from the bus station to the booking hall. There’s an escalator (or two flights of 14, 15 steps down) plus a long walk and a travelator from Terminal 2 to the booking hall. There’s a ramp (or two flights of 11, 11 steps down) plus a long walk and 3x travelators between Terminal 3 Arrivals and the booking hall. There’s a ramp plus 2xtravelators between Terminal 3 Departures and the booking hall. After that there’s another lift or an escalator down to the platforms

Changing trains at Green Park – There are two lifts and a long walk when changing platforms. If you want a shorter walk then you can use two escalators instead of the lifts

Changing trains at Canary Wharf – You must use an escalator, a lift, and walk 200 metres outside to change between the DLR and Jubilee platforms

Poplar exit – There’s a lift between the platforms and the exit. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use three flights of stairs (2x16 steps down +8 steps down)
