There’s an escalator (or two flights of 14, 15 steps down) plus a long walk and a travelator from Terminal 2 to the booking hall. There’s a ramp (or two flights of 11, 11 steps down) plus a long walk and 3x travelators between Terminal 3 Arrivals and the booking hall. There’s a ramp plus 2xtravelators between Terminal 3 Departures and the booking hall. After that there’s another lift or an escalator down to the platforms

Heathrow T2&3 exit – There’s a lift or an escalator from the platforms to the booking hall. After that there’s another lift (or escalator, or four flights of 4, 11, 11, 9 steps up) to the bus station exit. Or there’s an escalator (or two flights of 15, 14 steps up) plus a long walk and a travelator to Terminal 2.
