Heathrow T5 has step-free access from the street to the platform (but there may be a step up or gap to the train)

Heathrow T5 entrance – There’s an escalator, or lift, between the terminal entrance and the Piccadilly line platforms
Changing trains at Hammersmith – Changing between the Circle and H&C line platforms, or the District and Piccadilly line platforms, are all on the level, but you must use a lift and walk 520 metres outside in the street to change between the Circle/H&C platforms and District/Piccadilly platforms
Richmond exit – There’s a lift from the platforms to the booking hall, or two flights of stairs (9 steps up +15 steps up from the District line and National Rail eastbound platforms, and 2x12 steps up from the National Rail westbound platform). After that you must use two flights of stairs between the booking hall and the Church Street/car park exit (15 steps down +9 steps down), but it’s level to the Kew Road exit
