The Victoria line at Victoria is wheelchair accessible, and has step-free access from the street to the train. The Circle and District lines only have step-free access from the street to the platform, and there may be a step up or gap to the train
Harlesden entrance – You must use three flights of stairs between the entrance and the platforms (3x13 steps down)
Changing trains at Oxford Circus – Changing between the Bakerloo northbound and Victoria northbound platforms, or the Bakerloo southbound and Victoria southbound platforms, is on the level, but you must use one flights of 20 stairs for all other platform changes
Victoria exit – There’s a lift from the platforms to the booking hall. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use one flight of stairs from the Circle/District westbound platform (24 steps up), or two flights from the Circle/District eastbound platform (7 steps up +16 steps up), or one escalator and one flight of 4 steps from the Victoria line platforms. After that there’s another lift to the exit. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use one flight of stairs to the Victoria Street exit (17 steps up), or two flights to the Wilton Road exit (7 steps up +19 steps up)

Peak and off-peak times
For Oyster and contactless off-peak is outside the hours of 6.30 AM-9.30 AM and 4 PM-7 PM (Mon-Fri). For travelcards it’s any time after 9.30 AM (Mon-Fri). Weekends are always classed as off-peak.
The fare is based on what time your journey begins. It doesn’t matter when it ends.

Walking – We don’t recommend walking as they are 5¾ miles apart
By bus – A single ticket is £1.75 (you may need more than one bus). The daily cap is £5.25 and a 1-day travelcard is £6 – Bus fares
By taxi – A 5¾ mile ride should cost you about £28 to £40 and take anything from 26-39 minutes
