Hanger Lane entrance – You must use one or two flights of stairs between the northwest entrance and the booking hall (19 steps down, or 2x10 steps down), or two flights of stairs from all the other entrances (9 steps down +8 steps down from the northeast entrance, 13 steps down +12 steps down from the southwest entrance, and 12 steps down +11 steps down from the southeast entrance). After that you need to use another two flights of stairs down to the platforms (14 steps down +15 steps down)

Changing trains at Bank – Changing between the Central and DLR platforms involves a lift plus escalator. Changing between the W&C line and any other platform involves a lift, an escalator plus a long travelator. You must use stairs when changing trains from the Northern line to any other platform

Westferry exit – There’s a lift between the platforms and the exit. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use three flights of stairs (3x16 steps down to the westbound platform, or 2x16 steps down +14 steps down to the eastbound platform)
