West India Quay is wheelchair accessible, and has step-free access from the street to the train

Hanger Lane entrance – You must use one or two flights of stairs between the northwest entrance and the booking hall (19 steps down, or 2x10 steps down), or two flights of stairs from all the other entrances (9 steps down +8 steps down from the northeast entrance, 13 steps down +12 steps down from the southwest entrance, and 12 steps down +11 steps down from the southeast entrance). After that you need to use another two flights of stairs down to the platforms (14 steps down +15 steps down)

Changing trains at Bank – Changing between the Central and DLR platforms involves a lift plus escalator. Changing between the W&C line and any other platform involves a lift, an escalator plus a long travelator. You must use stairs when changing trains from the Northern line to any other platform

West India Quay exit – There’s a lift between the platforms and the exit. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use five flights of stairs (12 steps down +4x11 steps down)

After that you need to use another one or two flights of stairs to the northwest exit (19 steps up, or 2x10 steps up), or two flights of stairs to all the other exits (8 steps up +9 steps up to the northeast entrance, 12 steps up +13 steps up to the southwest exit, and 11 steps up +12 steps up to the southeast exit)
