Greenwich is wheelchair accessible, and has step-free access from the street to the train

Leicester Square is not wheelchair accessible

Greenwich entrance – There’s a lift between the entrance and the platforms. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use three flights of stairs (10 stairs down +7 stairs down +14 stairs down)

Changing trains at Canary Wharf – You must use an escalator, a lift, and walk 200 metres outside to change between the DLR and Jubilee platforms

Changing trains at Waterloo – You must use an escalator when changing trains from the Jubilee line platforms. You must use stairs when changing trains from the Bakerloo northbound platform, but there’s an escalator when changing trains from the Bakerloo southbound platform

Leicester Square exit – You must an escalator plus a flight of 20 stairs from the platforms to the booking hall. After that you must use two flights of stairs to the Cranbourn Street exit (13 steps up +18 steps up), or two flights of stairs to the Charing Cross Road eastside exit (13 steps up +10 steps up), or three flights of stairs to the Charing Cross Road westside exit (11 steps up +13 steps up +7 steps up)
