Great Portland Street is not wheelchair accessible. Heron Quays is wheelchair accessible, and has step-free access from the street to the train

Great Portland Street entrance – You must use three flights of stairs between the entrance and the westbound platform (19 steps down +16 steps down +6 steps down), and four flights to the eastbound platform (19 steps down +12 steps down +6 steps down +5 steps down)

Changing trains at Baker Street – Changing between the Bakerloo/​Jubilee line is on the level, but you must use two flights of stairs for eastbound changes on the Circle/​Metropolitan/​H&C line (8 steps down +21 steps down) or three flights of stairs for westbound changes on the Circle/​Metropolitan/​H&C line (8 steps down +2x10 steps down)

Changing trains at Canary Wharf – You must use an escalator, a lift, and walk 200 metres outside to change between the DLR and Jubilee platforms

Heron Quays exit – You must use a lift plus an escalator between the platforms and the exit. Or you can use five flights of stairs instead (2x16 steps down +2x12 steps down +11 steps down)
