Gallions Reach entrance – There’s a lift between the entrance and the platforms. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use three flights of stairs (12 stairs up +16 stairs up +12 stairs up)
Changing trains at Canning Town – You must use a lift when changing between the DLR/Jubilee line platforms, apart from the Stratford, Beckton and Woolwich Arsenal branches of the DLR which have a lift plus escalator
Changing trains at Green Park – There are two lifts and a long walk when changing platforms. If you want a shorter walk then you can use two escalators instead of the lifts
Heathrow T2&3 exit – There’s a lift or an escalator from the platforms to the booking hall. After that there’s another lift (or escalator, or four flights of 4, 11, 11, 9 steps up) to the bus station exit. The fare is based on what time your journey begins. It doesn’t matter when it ends.
