Farringdon entrance – There’s a lift between the entrance and the platforms. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use two flights of stairs (12 steps down +16 steps down)
Changing trains at Liverpool Street – You can use a lift or escalator when changing between the Central line and National Rail platforms, or the Central line and the H&C eastbound platform. You can use a lift when changing between the H&C eastbound and National Rail platforms. But you must use stairs for all other platform changes
Marble Arch exit – You must use an escalator plus one flight of 20 stairs up from the platforms to the booking hall. If you want to avoid the escalator then you can use seven flights of stairs (16 steps up +5x17 steps up +3 steps up). After that you must use two flights of stairs to the Park Lane island exit (17 steps up +16 steps up), or two flights to the Oxford Street northside exit (3 steps up +15 steps up), or two flights to the Speakers’ Corner exit (15 steps up +14 steps up), or two flights to the Marble Arch island exit (14 steps up +13 steps up), but there are long ramps to the Hyde Park/Park Lane eastside exits (or two flights of 15 and 14 stairs)
