Changing trains at Liverpool Street – You can use a lift or escalator when changing between the Central line and National Rail platforms, or the Central line and the H&C eastbound platform. You can use a lift when changing between the H&C eastbound and National Rail platforms. But you must use stairs for all other platform changes
Marble Arch exit – You must use an escalator plus one flight of 20 stairs up from the platforms to the booking hall. If you want to avoid the escalator then you can use seven flights of stairs (16 steps up +5x17 steps up +3 steps up).
