Embankment entrance – The Villiers Street entrance and the booking hall are on the level, but you must use one flight of 4 stairs from the Victoria Embankment entrance. After that there are two flights of stairs to the Circle/​District line platforms (2x15 steps down to the eastbound platform, or 16 steps down +14 steps down to the westbound platform), or two escalators plus three flights of stairs to the Bakerloo line platforms (6 steps down +19 steps down to the southbound platform, or 6 steps down +20 steps down to the northbound platform), or two escalators plus one flight of stairs to the Northern line platforms (6 steps down)

Changing trains at Piccadilly Circus – You must use stairs when changing between the Bakerloo/​Piccadilly line platforms (19 steps up +20 steps down)

Knightsbridge exit – There’s an escalator and one flight of stairs from the platforms to the booking hall (20 steps up). If you want to avoid the escalator then you can use six flights of stairs (16 steps up +4x17 steps up +3 steps up). After that there’s another two flights of stairs between the booking hall and the Knightsbridge northside exit (8 steps up +21 steps up), or three flights of stairs to the Knightsbridge southside exit (4 steps up +18 steps up +4 steps up), Sloane Street/Brompton Road eastside exit (7 steps up +13 steps up +6 steps up) and Brompton Road westside exit (4 steps up +5 steps up +15 steps up)
