East India station entrance – From the Aspen Way entrance to the platforms there’s a lift (or three flights of 14 steps up), plus another lift (or an escalator, or two flights of 14 and 16 steps down). From the South Side entrance to the platforms there are two lifts (or four flights of 15 and 16 steps up, and 14 and 16 steps down)

Changing tube line at Bank – Changing between the Central and DLR platforms involves a lift plus escalator. Changing between the W&C line and any other platform involves a lift, an escalator plus a long travelator. You must use stairs when changing trains from the Northern line to any other platform
Tooting Bec station exit – There’s an escalator from the platforms to the booking hall. If you want to avoid the escalator then you can use four flights of stairs (4x16 steps up). After that you must use two flights of stairs to the exit (13 steps up +19 steps up to Trinity Road, or 12 steps up +20 steps up to Bec Road/Balham High Road)

For Oyster and contactless off-peak is outside the hours of 6.30 AM-9.30 AM and 4 PM-7 PM (Mon-Fri). For travelcards it’s any time after 9.30 AM (Mon-Fri). Weekends are always classed as off-peak.
