The Circle, District and Hammersmith & City lines at Hammersmith are wheelchair accessible, and have step-free access from the street to the train. The Piccadilly line only has step-free access from the street to the platform, and there may be a step up or gap to the train

East India entrance – From the Aspen Way entrance to the platforms there’s a lift (or three flights of 14 steps up), plus another lift (or an escalator, or two flights of 14 and 16 steps down). From the South Side entrance to the platforms there are two lifts (or four flights of 15 and 16 steps up, and 14 and 16 steps down)

Hammersmith exit – The Circle/​H&C line platforms and the exits are all on the level, but you must use a lift (or 2x13 steps up) between the District/​Piccadilly line platforms and the Hammersmith Broadway southside, Queen Caroline Street eastside and Butterwick Bus & Coach Station exits. And you must use a lift (or 2x13 steps up) followed by four flights of stairs (20 steps up +8 steps down +2x13 steps down) between the District/​Piccadilly line platforms and the Hammersmith Bridge Road exit
