East India station entrance – From the Aspen Way entrance to the platforms there’s a lift (or three flights of 14 steps up), plus another lift (or an escalator, or two flights of 14 and 16 steps down). From the South Side entrance to the platforms there are two lifts (or four flights of 15 and 16 steps up, and 14 and 16 steps down)

Changing tube line at Shadwell – You must use stairs when changing between the DLR and London Overground platforms

Changing tube line at Bank – Changing between the Central and DLR platforms involves a lift plus escalator. Changing between the W&C line and any other platform involves a lift, an escalator plus a long travelator. You must use stairs when changing trains from the Northern line to any other platform

Golders Green station exit – There’s a lift between the platforms and the exit. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use three flights of stairs (3x11 steps down)
