Earl’s Court entrance – The Warwick Road entrance and booking hall are on the level, but you must use one flight of 8 stairs from the Earl’s Court Road entrance. After that there’s a lift down to the platforms. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use two flights of stairs to the District line platforms (14 steps down +13 steps down to the eastbound platform, or 2x14 steps down to the westbound platform), or an escalator and four flights of stairs to the Piccadilly line platforms (14 steps down +13 steps down +19 steps down +4 steps down)

Changing trains at High Street Kensington – Changing between the Circle westbound towards Sloane Square and District westbound towards Earl’s Court is on the level. Changing between the Circle eastbound and District eastbound towards Edgware Road is also on the level. For all other changes you must use two flights of stairs (16 steps up +15 steps down)

Changing trains at Notting Hill Gate – You must use stairs when changing between the Central line platforms and the Circle/District line platforms

Hanger Lane exit – You must use two flights of stairs from the platforms to the booking hall (15 steps up +14 steps up). After that you need to use another one or two flights of stairs to the northwest exit (19 steps up, or 2x10 steps up), or two flights of stairs to all the other exits (8 steps up +9 steps up to the northeast entrance, 12 steps up +13 steps up to the southwest exit, and 11 steps up +12 steps up to the southeast exit)

Changing trains at High Street Kensington – Changing between the Circle westbound towards Sloane Square and District westbound towards Earl’s Court is on the level. Earl’s Court exit – There’s a lift between the platforms and the booking hall. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use two flights of stairs from the District line platforms (13 steps up +14 steps up from the eastbound platform, or 2x14 steps up from the westbound platform), or an escalator and four flights of stairs from the Piccadilly line platforms (4 steps up +19 steps up +13 steps up +14 steps up). After that there’s one flight of 8 stairs to the Earl’s Court Road exit, but the Warwick Road exit is on the level
