Changing trains at Waterloo – You must use an escalator when changing trains from the Jubilee line platforms. You must use stairs when changing trains from the Bakerloo northbound platform, but there’s an escalator when changing trains from the Bakerloo southbound platform
Marylebone exit – The National Rail platforms and the exit are on the level, but you must use a flight of stairs and an escalator from the underground platforms (19 steps up). The fare is based on what time your journey begins. It doesn’t matter when it ends.
