Custom House is wheelchair accessible, and has step-free access from the street to the train. Surrey Quays is not wheelchair accessible

Custom House entrance – There are two lifts between the entrance and the platforms. If you want to avoid the lifts then you can get four flights of stairs (2x16 steps up +16 steps down +14 steps down)

Changing trains at Shadwell – You must use stairs when changing between the DLR and London Overground platforms

Surrey Quays exit – You must use two flights of stairs between the platforms and the exit (10 steps up +15 steps up)
