Heathrow T2&3 is wheelchair accessible, and has step-free access from the street to the train
Clapham Common entrance – You must use two flights of stairs between the entrance and the booking hall (17 steps down +8 steps down from the Clapham Common/Clapham Park Road entrance, 9 steps down +15 steps down from the Clapham High Street entrance, or 7 steps down +15 steps down from The Pavement entrance). After that there̱s an escalator (or 5x14 steps down) plus a flight of stairs down to the platforms (19 steps down)
Changing trains at Stockwell – Changing between the Northern northbound and Victoria northbound, or the Northern southbound and Victoria southbound, is on the level, but you must use stairs for all other platform changes
Changing trains at Green Park – There are two lifts and a long walk when changing platforms. If you want a shorter walk then you can use two escalators instead of the lifts
Heathrow T2&3 exit – There’s a lift or an escalator from the platforms to the booking hall. After that there’s another lift (or escalator, or four flights of 4, 11, 11, 9 steps up) to the bus station exit. Or there’s an escalator (or two flights of 15, 14 steps up) plus a long walk and a travelator to Terminal 2. The fare is based on what time your journey begins. It doesn’t matter when it ends.
