East Ham station is wheelchair accessible, and has step-free access from the street to the train

Clapham Common station entrance – You must use two flights of stairs between the entrance and the booking hall (17 steps down +8 steps down from the Clapham Common/​Clapham Park Road entrance, 9 steps down +15 steps down from the Clapham High Street entrance, or 7 steps down +15 steps down from The Pavement entrance). After that there̱s an escalator (or 5x14 steps down) plus a flight of stairs down to the platforms (19 steps down)

Changing tube line at Bank – Changing between the Central and DLR platforms involves a lift plus escalator. Changing between the W&C line and any other platform involves a lift, an escalator plus a long travelator. You must use stairs when changing trains from the Northern line to any other platform

Changing tube line at Mile End – Changing between the Central/​District/​H&C line is on the same platform if the trains are running in the same direction, but you must use stairs if they are running in the opposite direction

East Ham station exit – There’s a lift between the platforms and the exit. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use two flights of stairs (17 steps up +14 steps up)
