Your comments and questions

Jen Hello. My daily commute is going to be East Ham to Victoria and back, which price is it? It says the station is zones 3 and 4

Staff You'll need a ticket that covers zones 1-3. You'd only need a ticket that covers zone 4 if you went in the opposite direction towards Barking

Ken Hi, I want to buy a travelcard to travel to East Ham, is East Ham station in zone 3? It looks like on the border of zone 3 & 4, so can I buy a zone 3 travelcard? Thanks Ken

Staff Hi Ken, it depends which direction you are coming from. If the next station on your journey is zone 3 (and you are never entering zone 4) then you need a zone 3 card. If the next station is zone 4 (and you are never entering zone 3) then you need zone 4

Masuma Hi, if I’m going towards Mile End and Central London from East Ham, will this mean I should use a Zone 1-3 travel card? I never go towards Barking

Staff Hi Masuma. That's correct, yes. It would only be zone 4 if you go towards Barking
