After that you must use an escalator down to the eastbound platform, or two escaltors down to the westbound platform

Changing between the W&C line and any other platform involves a lift, an escalator plus a long travelator. You must use stairs when changing trains from the Northern line to any other platform
Clapham Common station exit – There’s an escalator (or 5x14 steps up) plus a flight of stairs from the platforms to the booking hall (19 steps up).
