If you want to avoid the escalator then you can get another seven flights of stairs (21 steps down +14 steps down +10 steps down +3x17 steps down +11 steps down)

Marylebone exit – The National Rail platforms and the exit are on the level, but you must use a flight of stairs and an escalator from the underground platforms (19 steps up).
