Blackwall station entrance – There’s a lift between the entrance and the platforms. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use five flights of stairs (9 steps up +16 steps up +4 steps up +2x16 steps up)

Changing tube line at Shadwell – You must use stairs when changing between the DLR and London Overground platforms

Changing tube line at Bank – Changing between the Central and DLR platforms involves a lift plus escalator. Changing between the W&C line and any other platform involves a lift, an escalator plus a long travelator. You must use stairs when changing trains from the Northern line to any other platform

Regent’s Park station exit – There’s a lift from the northbound platform to the booking hall, or a lift plus two flights of stairs from the southbound platform (8 steps down +20 steps up). After that there’s another two flights of stairs from the booking hall to the exit (15 steps up +20 steps up)
