Blackwall is wheelchair accessible, and has step-free access from the street to the train

Cannon Street is not wheelchair accessible

Blackwall entrance – There’s a lift between the entrance and the platforms. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use five flights of stairs (9 steps up +16 steps up +4 steps up +2x16 steps up)

Cannon Street exit – There’s a lift from the westbound platform to the booking hall (or two flights of 10 steps up), but you’ll have to use stairs from the eastbound platform (2x12 steps up). Ater that you must use a flight of stairs to the Cannon Street exit (11 steps up), but the Dowgate Hill exit is on the level
