Archway station entrance – You must use one escalator and two flights of stairs between the entrance and the platforms (2x10 steps down), or eight flights of stairs if you want to avoid the escalator (17 steps down +3 steps down +5 steps down +4x17 steps down +20 steps down)

Changing tube line at London Bridge – You must use a lift plus escalator when changing between the Jubilee/​Northern line platforms via the Northern line ticket hall. You can avoid the escalator by using a lift and walking 410 metres outside in the street

Changing tube line at Canning Town – You must use a lift when changing between the DLR/​Jubilee line platforms, apart from the Stratford, Beckton and Woolwich Arsenal branches of the DLR which have a lift plus escalator

Gallions Reach station exit – There’s a lift between the platforms and the exit. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use three flights of stairs (12 stairs down +16 stairs down +12 stairs down)
